I’m Carina – a nature loving yogi who wants to make relaxation a natural part of daily life. I’m here to help you reconnect to your vibrant, magical self by teaching you how to relax using face yoga, yoga, meditation and other simple techniques. 1:1 online sessions

Group online classes

If you’re interested in joining a more general relaxation experience, I offer themed group classes. Face yoga group classes are currently held on Wednesday evenings and relaxation classes on the last Tuesday of the month.

Online courses

Magical face yoga and relaxation courses that you can study at your own pace and in your own way to transform your overall wellbeing. Face Yoga Alchemy currently available with more being launched in 2022.
